Cancellation Policy

Please email us through the details listed below to book our services. If you are a new client, please complete & submit the New Client Intake Form linked on the home page under the "Browse Services" button before reaching out. Owners may choose to stand with their horses or not. If you choose not to stand with your horse, please make sure to notify the farrier of any behavioral issues that may come up during the appointment in your New Client Intake Form. Cancellations & reschedules are requested to be at least within 24 hours of appointment. Please be courteous of the farrier's time & avoid last minute cancellations or reschedules within reason. To cancel or reschedule, please text or call the number listed in the contact details below - do not email. If the need to cancel or reschedule was not communicated to the farrier whatsoever, this will be noted in your client file & may affect future bookings.
